ON-SITE INTERPRETATION IN IRELAND AND EUROPE (CONSECUTIVE AND SIMULTANEOUS)
I offer:
-
- All forms of interpretation.
- Support for large-scale projects and individual
- I adhere to the professional standards required of my clients and environment in which services are needed.
- Services are provided according the purpose of the task whether it be a comfortable environment during difficult negotiations or the energy of a large conference.
CHUCHOTAGE (WHISPERING)
This is an intimate form of interpretation. It a requires discretion and subtly which I provide. I ensure that the tone of the speaker is confidently conveyed to the listener.
My presence is almost invisible, but I ensure the dynamics and rhythm of negotiations or meetings. Depending on the format of the event, I provide interpretation services in tandem with a colleague.
SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION
I am fluent in this type of interpreting and translate events with up to a thousand participants. My voice in the headphones of listeners sounds like an exciting clear text and accurately conveys the essence of what the speaker said.
I provide simultaneous interpretation services in tandem with a colleague. We change every 20-30 minutes and always hear each other – this is how the pace, style, expressiveness of speech is preserved.
For me, simultaneous interpretation from English is not just a transfer of general meaning. This is a process that attracts the attention of the audience.
CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETATION
I accompany events of various formats – from trainings for a small group to large-scale conferences. This is a public work that I always prepare for:
- discuss topics, possible issues, work with objections in crisis situations with the customer;
- request materials for preparation and, if necessary, additional information;
- specify the number of participants, technical parameters;
- agree the dress code.
When translating into English or Ukrainian, I follow the rules:
- I convey the emotions of the speaker;
- I speak loudly, clearly, with intonation;
- I keep the hall and “pull out” the speaker, who finds it difficult to speak in public.
I also work in a combined mode – whispering and consecutive translation to the public.
Colleague partners, whom I involve in events, have the same level of the interpreting skills. We work in a team and help to hold a bright event.
